Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
